Our service includes printing these images onto natural wooden products, transforming them into unique home décor pieces and personalized gifts.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity if we determine that our service is being misused or utilized in an unlawful manner.

3. Customer Content Policy

Any images, text, annotations, or other content uploaded, posted, distributed, or linked to our platform by a customer (“Customer Content”) must comply with the following guidelines:

Customers must have the legal rights to upload and use the content in the manner intended. By submitting content, customers confirm they have full ownership or authorization to use the content.

Customer Content must NOT:

Violate copyright laws or infringe on intellectual property rights

Breach privacy laws or contain personal data of others without consent

Include misleading, false, offensive, or defamatory content

Contain harmful software such as viruses, malware, or other disruptive elements

Impersonate any person or entity

4. Order Process & Acceptance

A legally binding contract for the purchase of Storywood products is formed as follows:

1. The customer places an order by confirming purchase at checkout.

2. By completing the checkout process, the customer agrees to purchase the selected products.

3. Payment is processed immediately via the chosen payment method.

4. Storywood sends an order confirmation email, detailing the purchase and relevant information.

Order Rejection

Storywood reserves the right to reject an order for the following reasons:

Payment authorization failure

If an order is rejected, the customer will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded.

The original item must be returned unused

7. Deliveries

Shipping Estimates

Standard Delivery: Estimated 2-3 working days after dispatch (untracked).

Express Delivery: Estimated 1-2 working days after dispatch (must be arranged via email).

Maximum Delivery Time: Up to 9 working days.

Shipping Responsibility

Storywood is not responsible for postage delays, lost packages, or damage incurred during transit.
